What is property management software?
It’s the tool used to manage a portfolio of properties: the properties themselves, stays or leases, owners, payments, invoicing and owner payouts. Concieris specialises in rental management for furnished properties and residences, for short and medium stays.
Does Concieris handle Mobile Money payments?
Yes: every payment is recorded with its payment method, including Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money, as well as cash and bank transfers. Amounts are tracked in FCFA.
Can I manage several owners?
Yes. Each owner has their own contract, commission rate and properties. Payouts are calculated separately and each owner receives their own report.
How much do owner management and invoicing cost?
Payments, invoicing, owner contracts and payouts make up the Administration module, included in the Premium plan at €8.99 per property per month (5,897 FCFA). The Standard plan, at €7.99, covers the Concierge module.
